Job Summary

The Director of Credit and Fraud plays a pivotal role in driving Altice USA's accounts receivable objectives. This position leads a team of Managers and Analysts, collaborating closely across departments to establish and implement credit and fraud prevention policies across both Fixed and Mobile businesses. The Director identifies opportunities for improvement, leads initiatives, and delivers tangible results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit policies in fixed and mobile businesses for B2C and B2B, ensuring effective risk management and minimizing financial exposure.
  • Design and implement strategies for fraud prevention to limit mobile device loss and fixed non-pay disconnects, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer trends to identify areas of risk involving device theft, fraudulent payments, and identity theft, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and external credit and fraud tools to ensure Altice USA maintains the highest quality experience and protection levels.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with existing strategy and development of new processes, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly credit and fraud-related KPIs to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design, submit, and manage relevant development projects, driving business growth and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 6+ years of credit/fraud experience, with an advanced MBA/MA degree highly desirable.
  • Proven knowledge of credit/fraud tools and processes, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general PC skills.
  • Approachable personality with the ability to effectively manage up and down, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $141, $201,960.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunities.
