Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all nursing practices and procedures related to individual plans of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policy.
- Supervise nursing managers and registered nurses in assigned programs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that nursing services are delivered in accordance with individual needs, including providing direct nursing services when necessary.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to implement best practices in nursing care.
- Manage personnel, including supervising, training, evaluating, and observing assigned team members.
- Ensure that all nursing staff receives necessary training and resources to provide high-quality care.
- Monitor and report on nursing services, including incident reports and medication occurrences.
- Participate in internal and external surveys and audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a nurse, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
- Current Registered Professional Nurse License.
- Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
This role is performed in-person, with some travel between FREE Network locations.
