POSITION SUMMARY:

The Recovery Lounge Team Member is essential in delivering an outstanding experience for our members and guests. This role is crucial in shaping the first impression of our establishment, ensuring that all visitors feel welcomed and supported.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the Recovery Lounge Team, your contributions will include:
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all recovery services and current promotions.
  • Engaging with new members to facilitate their access to complimentary services.
  • Providing guidance to members and guests regarding services that align with their wellness objectives.
  • Promoting sales and ensuring the lounge is equipped with the necessary tools and information to effectively market packages and retail items.
  • Assisting with the upkeep, operation, and resetting of Cryotherapy chambers and tanks.
  • Verifying that all members and guests are checked in and possess active memberships.
  • Collecting dues and updating billing information as required.
  • Addressing inquiries and concerns from members and guests promptly.
  • Reporting any issues in a timely manner to ensure swift resolution.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
  • Supporting other departments as needed.
  • Participating in all mandatory meetings.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of Cowboys Fit as an organization, along with its services and promotions.
  • Staying proficient in the policies and guidelines outlined in the Member Services and Recovery Playbook.
