The Recovery Lounge Team Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional front-line experiences for our members and guests, contributing to the overall success of Cowboys Fit.

This position requires a strong understanding of our Recovery services and promotions, as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain an active knowledge of all Recovery services and promotions.
  2. Contact new members to set up their complimentary services.
  3. Advise members and guests on services that meet their goals.
  4. Drive sales and ensure the Lounge has the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully sell packages/retail.
  5. Assist with maintenance, delivery, and rebooting of Cryo chambers and tanks.
  6. Ensure all members and guests check in and have active memberships.
  7. Collect dues and update billing when necessary.
  8. Assist members and guests with inquiries and concerns.
  9. Report issues in a timely manner.
  10. Contribute to maintaining club-wide standards of cleanliness.
  11. Assist other departments when necessary.
  12. Attend required meetings.
  13. Maintain an active knowledge of Cowboys Fit as a company, services, and promotions.
  14. Remain proficient in policies and directives as outlined in the Member Services and Recovery Playbook.
Requirements
  1. General understanding of the Fitness Industry.
  2. Ability to work with computers.
  3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  5. Must be a team player.
  6. Adhere to meal and rest break periods and clock in/out for all shift times.
  7. Minimum Certifications/Education: Must complete company HR trainings and Cryotherapy Certification.
  8. Minimum Experience: 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
  9. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 45 pounds, typing, using the telephone and computer mouse, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing.
