About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Liaison to promote our highest priority programs, providers, and services in the WAMI geography. As a key member of our team, you will build relationships and rapport with referring providers, serving as a resource for both them and our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our programs, providers, and services to referring providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide key stakeholders with insights into market developments and opportunities, as well as data on referring provider trends and service issues
  • Participate in problem-solving on behalf of the organization, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Track and monitor encounter activity by referring provider
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three years proven experience in sales, customer service, or physician relations
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Current Washington State Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service management or planning experience in a healthcare provider organization
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $84,000 to $126,110 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
