We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Syneos Health. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with medical and scientific leaders, policymakers, and advocates. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us move healthcare forward and positively impact patients.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain credible relationships with key targets, including medical and scientific leaders, policymakers, and advocates.
- Provide scientific and clinical expertise to organizations important for market access of our products, including scientific presentations.
- Disseminate educational, scientific, and clinical information to support overall medical and scientific support.
- Identify and engage with patient advocacy groups, as approved.
- Develop relationships with local thought leaders, including physicians, CDCESs, pharmacists, and nurses, whose opinions and treatment regimens influence the practice of their colleagues.
- Support internal stakeholders with product education and HCP development, including speaker training, as requested.
- BA/BS Degree required.
- PharmD or Certified Diabetes Care & Educator Specialist (CDCES) required.
- 2+ years of diabetes-related experience required.
- Experienced training and strong presentation skills required.
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience highly preferred.
- Some travel may be required, dependent on business needs.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130,000-145,500, as well as a company match 401k, flexible paid time off (PTO), and sick time. We also offer health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, and a voluntary COVID-19 vaccination policy.
