We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trusts and Estates Assistant/Paralegal. This role will provide support in estate and trust administration, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estate and Trust Administration: Assist in preparing probate documents, tax returns, and coordinating asset distributions.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and advisors to gather necessary information, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the trusts and estates practice group to deliver excellent client service and support the team's goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial services or trust and estate administration preferred.
  • Skills: Strong quantitative and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
