Project Scheduler I

Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a leading provider of construction services in the natural gas distribution industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler I to join our team in Denver, CO.
Job Summary:The Project Scheduler I will play a critical role in planning and coordinating work activities to ensure timely completion of projects. This includes prioritizing work, determining resource assignments, and managing a multi-week rolling schedule to meet customer and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate work activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Prioritize work and determine resource assignments to meet customer and compliance requirements
- Manage a multi-week rolling schedule to ensure work is performed on-time and within specified metrics
- Identify and recommend solutions for resolving work capacity issues in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Build and manage a 0-12+ week book of work to develop and hand off a prioritized, compliant, executable 2-week schedule to the Work Coordination function
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Two years' experience in construction, design, maintenance, or other operations area
- Utility scheduling/planning experience preferred
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools
