Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Scheduler to join our team at K2 Staffing. As a Construction Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including creating and updating project timelines, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses, managing budgets, and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-7 years of experience in construction project scheduling or related field.
  • Proficient in project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and vPlanner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
