Project Engineer I

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer I to join our team at Concrete Frame Associates. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and economical implementation of form systems on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning stage of projects to ensure the most efficient form systems are incorporated into the project design.
  • Prepare formwork/framework drawings for assigned projects, incorporating information from project drawings, bulletins, sketches, and RFI responses.
  • Support the project team in establishing project schedules and work tasks, adapting to changes as needed.
  • Monitor the safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects, coordinating material purchases, deliveries, and tracking.
  • Participate in basic layout and field engineering activities, developing and maintaining customer relationships to enhance company projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a relevant area of education, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years' work experience supporting similar key responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Completed coursework in computer-aided drafting/building information modeling or an equivalent combination of training and/or work experience.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
