Senior Sales Executive & Account Manager

We're on the hunt for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Prequel Solutions. As a Senior Sales Executive & Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calls
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to match top talent with our clients' staffing needs
  • Present our services and solutions to clients and negotiate deals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team to drive business growth
  • Represent Prequel Solutions at events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven sales and account management skills, with a track record of success in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
