Job Title: Senior Account Executive for Independent Medical Offices

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Treatspace. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative PracticeBeat platform to independent medical practices, focusing on patient acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic prospecting plan to book meetings with healthcare practices, focusing on the PracticeBeat platform.
  • Create a strategic prospecting plan, identifying key potential targets each week.
  • Actively engage in new business development by reaching out to at least 20 medical practices daily through phone calls, emails, and direct outreach.
  • Expand your pipeline by conducting at least 20 client meetings per month, aiming to onboard approximately 10 providers to achieve Annual Recurring Revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for PracticeBeat, from lead generation to closing deals, including both self-generated and partner-supported opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales development and partnership teams to support and close meetings effectively.
  • Ensure meticulous use of Hubspot for tracking sales activities related to PracticeBeat.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets specific to PracticeBeat engagements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on practice engagement solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and close sales within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong track record in achieving sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic in overcoming sales challenges.
