Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Coordinator to join our fast-growing Brand Partnerships team at Doing Things Media. As a key contributor to the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for the successful organization, execution, and logistics of our partnerships with top advertisers and their agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Planning Team across campaign execution, including campaign setup, ad operations, reporting, and campaign wrap-up.
  • Manage campaign finance processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Synthesize media plans into CRM platforms and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Confirm ad inventory, check avails, reserve holds, and update inventory calendars in real-time.
  • Assist in developing client-facing materials, such as production timelines, kick-off call decks, and wrap decks.
  • Coordinate creative production, organizing and preparing content delivery materials for client review and approval.
  • Coordinate and confirm outside creators for ad campaigns, handling paperwork and payments.
  • Populate campaign reporting to provide pacing reports, post-campaign delivery reports, and other materials for client recaps.
  • Set up and maintain paid media on campaigns via Meta Ads Manager to ensure full delivery of media programs.
  • Assist in executing program studies, including brand lift and sentiment analysis.
  • Populate and maintain internal documents and databases with accurate reporting and final actualized information.
  • Identify problems, troubleshoot solutions, and effectively communicate status across key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years of experience managing campaigns in a media company, agency, or similar industry.
  • Campaign reporting experience, including backend insights of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Media planning familiarity or experience, as well as experience with project management tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the social media landscape, specifically memes and viral content.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
