Position Overview:
The Operations Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our operations in Oregon. This position requires an innovative mindset and a passion for enhancing operational processes to ensure that our patients and caregivers receive exceptional care and attention. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for problem-solving and taking ownership of patient and caregiver requests, ensuring that we uphold our commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager in the daily management of operations.
  • Contribute to team development to meet growth objectives.
  • Assist in documenting and creating best practices and training materials.
  • Implement strategies that leverage technology to enhance patient and caregiver experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Manager in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain necessary training records.
  • Promote processes and policies that empower staff to excel in their roles.
  • Work with development teams to optimize software solutions for operational workflows.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with FreedomCare's core values.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures that reflect our ethical standards.
  • Assist in addressing inquiries and resolving issues for clients and caregivers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
  • Experience in startup environments.
  • Ability to adapt and assist in various roles as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • A passion for enhancing home care services through technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and engage team members.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
