Compensation: $44,000 annually (Commission Based)

Position Overview:
This is not your average sales position. A career in sales at NFM means guiding our valued customers in designing a home they adore. As a sales expert, you will have access to an extensive range of products at unbeatable prices. Our customers come to you, eliminating the need for cold calling. Top sales professionals have the potential to earn over $130,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positive Attitude: Approach every interaction with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
  • Relationship Building: Establish enduring connections with customers and cultivate a referral network.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand customer needs and product offerings to recommend the ideal solutions.
  • Order Management: Ensure accuracy in order processing and fulfillment.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any post-order issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Positive and energetic personality.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
