Title: Flooring Specialist

Training Location: The Colony, TX (Field Sales)

Compensation:
  • Training program: 6-month program earning $4,200 monthly salary
  • Full commission program currently generating $5,000 to $17,000 monthly
  • Company vehicle and travel expenses provided
  • Company provided iPad, Laser Measuring Device and proprietary software
Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday-Friday typically 8-hour day shift and rotational weekends, some evenings depending on customers availability. Shift is flexible to accommodate work/life balance and customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist consumers to find the best solution for their flooring needs in their homes.
  • Pursue opportunities from incoming showroom, phone inquiries, and web leads.
  • In-Home consultations and job scoping.
  • Detailed estimate creation and closing sales.
Required Skills
  • 2-3 consecutive years in commissioned sales
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Comfort with using technology
  • Good driving record and ability to pass background screening and drug test
Qualification and Education Requirements
  • Commissioned Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Comfort driving in company van daily
