Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient care and administrative tasks, including phlebotomy, vital signs, and medical record management.
  • Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and exams.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting or as an EMT, Paramedic, and/or Corpsman preferred.
  • Phlebotomy experience and electronic medical records experience preferred.
  • Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, or certified EMT-B required.
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
