Job Summary

The Texas Woman's University College of Nursing is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Professor of Advanced Practice Nursing to join our faculty team. This is a non-tenure track position that includes didactic and clinical teaching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach in the Master's program, with the possibility of teaching at the undergraduate and doctoral levels
  • Develop and implement curriculum for the Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of advanced practice nursing
  • Participate in service activities, such as committee work and professional organizations
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization
  • Current RN and APRN licensure in the State of Texas
  • Terminal degree in nursing preferred
  • Experience in teaching and clinical practice in advanced practice nursing
