- Proficiency in networking concepts and experience with Microsoft Windows and MAC operating systems.
- Familiarity with public cloud services, particularly Azure and AWS.
- Understanding of ITSM methodologies and practices.
- Experience with database platforms and CI/CD tools, with a focus on automation.
- Strong customer service skills and experience in creating technical documentation.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
