Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Nikko SRE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for applications, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure repeatable infrastructure provisioning and system-wide redundancy.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience and demonstrate knowledge of cloud platforms, networks, security, data management, and deployment tools required to design and operate cloud infrastructure and build and manage CI/CD pipelines.

The role will also involve monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary modifications to ensure the stability and performance of the cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for applications
  • Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure repeatable infrastructure provisioning and system-wide redundancy
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and implement necessary modifications to ensure the stability and performance of the cloud environment
  • Work closely with the application team and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs for the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline
  • Collaborate with support and other technical teams to resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues that impact application behavior and performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cloud platforms, networks, security, data management, and deployment tools required to design and operate cloud infrastructure and build and manage CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in the necessary programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, etc.) and the ability to code automated scripts and infrastructure configurations to automate infrastructure and ensure repeatability and redundancy
  • Efficiently build and change manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines based on Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and other development methodologies
