Dynamic Administrative Assistant

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team at Re/Max Professionals. This role involves performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and provide support to management and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts
  • Manage multiple projects, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Route phone calls, messages, mail, and packages efficiently
  • Provide high-level support to agents, clients, and leadership
  • Assist with coordinating company events and meetings
  • Purchase supplies and maintain office protocols
Qualifications:
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope, LoneWolf, Google Drive, and Dropbox
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of social media platforms
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  • High school diploma required
