Educator for Uncommon Schools

Role Overview: As an Educator for Uncommon Schools, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. This role requires creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching. Your daily responsibilities will include teaching reading and writing skills, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Additionally, you will be responsible for teaching Social Studies curriculum that incorporates analyses of America's diverse histories, with an emphasis on cultural and civic awareness. You will also partner with students' families to ensure appropriate resources are available to support their children's learning needs.
