About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate teachers for all grades and subjects who share our commitment to urban youth achieving greatness. As a teacher at Uncommon Schools, you will be responsible for implementing curricula and activities that meet our high academic standards, analyzing assessments, and creating a positive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social-emotional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement curricula and activities that meet our high academic standards
  • Analyze assessments to inform instructional practices
  • Create a positive learning environment that ensures students observe our core values, high expectations, and code of conduct
  • Commit to continual professional growth through ongoing training and development

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
