Position SummaryThe Sales & Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in representing Club Pilates to potential clients. Key Responsibilities- Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
- Conduct studio tours while building rapport and understanding prospective members' needs.
- Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
- Promote the studio's objectives as a premier fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to both current and prospective members.
- Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets.
- Engage in promotional events to enhance club visibility.
- Develop and refine selling skills.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales in memberships and services.

- Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week, including weekday mornings and weekends.
