Job Summary:

The Oncology Territory Manager plays a critical role in representing Daiichi Sankyo's oncology products to healthcare professionals in assigned sales territories. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Daiichi Sankyo's oncology products to healthcare professionals in assigned sales territories.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements to drive business growth.
  • Analyze customer needs and interests, territory performance, and business trends to optimize commercial potential.
  • Maintain expert understanding of relevant disease states, Daiichi Sankyo brands, and competitor products.
  • Communicate effectively with District Manager, internal and co-promote peers, and discuss issues and opportunities.
  • Build relationships with Daiichi Sankyo's customer base and key opinion leaders.
  • Meet all administrative expectations and standards, including budgets, reporting, and communication.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 4 or more years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
  • 4 or more years of oncology therapeutic experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% to 60%.

What We Offer:

Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a targeted base salary range of $170,000 - $190,000, sales incentive, and long-term incentive based on performance. This position is also eligible for a company vehicle and comprehensive health care benefits at a reasonable cost.
