Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage complex patient accounts within our healthcare collections team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounts receivable, particularly in a physician practice setting, along with exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups on insurance claims by analyzing intricate system work queues, insurance agreements, and relevant reports to ascertain third-party accounts receivable balances and ensure collection of anticipated amounts.
  • Achieve production and quality standards consistently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Fulfill annual mandatory training and educational requirements.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of third-party insurance and public assistance programs.

Required Experience:
  • A minimum of three (3) years in Healthcare Collections is essential.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Credit Scores, Queue Management, Credit Tasks, and handling Credit Issues, including Auto Insurance and Contracts.

Educational Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
