Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical input and guidance to support team members on medical issues related to individuals served by the Developmental Disabilities Program.
- Facilitate informed decision-making regarding major health issues faced by the team and individuals served.
- Assist with the organization and management of medical and healthcare information.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of medical information databases.
- Identify health promotion strategies to help individuals achieve optimal health.
Requirements:
- Current professional licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and clinical positions working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and lead teams through effective decision-making.
- Some travel in the tri-county area may be required.
