Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Specialist II PRN to join our team at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care in the interventional radiology department
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License or a Current ARRT (R)
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC
  • Advanced ARRT Credentials Strongly preferred within one year
  • ACLS and PALS Provider Certification required for RN's
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology
  • Two years experience in critical care nursing preferred (RN) or one year diagnostic experience required (ARRT)
