We are seeking a committed Radiology Intervention Specialist II PRN like you to join our team.
Job Summary and QualificationsPosition Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current ARRT (R).
Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC. Advanced ARRT Credentials are strongly preferred within one year.
Education:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or a 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology.
Experience:
Two years of experience in critical care nursing preferred (RN) or one year of diagnostic experience required (ARRT). Interventional Radiology experience is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Solid to expert knowledge of all Interventional Radiology procedures. Demonstrates strong organizational skills. Provides safe and appropriate patient care within the Values & Standards of Nursing Practice at SMC. Exhibits sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Communicates positively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
