Lead with Excellence

As a key member of the Altitude Trampoline team, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team through clear communication and coaching. You will work closely with the General Manager to assume GM responsibilities in their absence and ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Drive Results

You will be responsible for managing all facets of the operation, including regular financial reporting and establishing and upholding Altitude standards and expectations. You will also oversee labor and spending for the entire facility, within the park's guidelines.

Develop Talent

You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring talent, setting and holding expectations of accountability with the team, and ensuring the execution of training programs to equip the team to perform their job functions successfully and deliver positive guest experiences.

Sales and Guest Services

You will be responsible for executing sales and marketing plans in collaboration with the support center team and creating an on-brand Altitude guest experience through superior operations. You will also seek out guest feedback and use it for management and hourly team development.

Qualifications and Skills

You will be responsible for achieving budgeted financial results in areas of responsibility, acting as a mentor and leading by strong example, and maintaining a professional image. You will also be required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required and operate in a fast-paced environment with constant distractions.
