Job Summary

The University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) seeks an experienced HR Executive Director to lead its Human Resources function. This is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive integrated strategic HR programs and services that align with business objectives and needs of senior leadership and clientele groups at UC ANR.
  • Provide leadership to the HR Business Partner Team, which works closely with client departments to identify service needs and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and process improvement.
  • Represent ANR Human Resources providing substantive participation on a wide range of ANR and UC systemwide work groups, task forces, and committees that impact the effective and efficient operation of HR services.
  • Promote accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
Requirements

This position requires a strong background in HR management, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic HR programs and services.

What We Offer

UC ANR offers a competitive salary range of $134,000/year to $200,600/year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
