Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

· Service technicians will conduct field maintenance, routine inspections, preventative measures, and intricate repairs, leveraging strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

· Execute quality checks to ensure superior workmanship.

· Work in a safety-oriented environment, comfortable with heights and mechanical components.

· Engage in tasks involving working at heights and occasional heavy lifting.

· Document findings and offer consultative recommendations regarding repairs and safety issues to clients.

· Complete necessary checklists and documentation with customer approvals for all inspections or service-related activities.

· Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

· EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years in manufacturing or industrial electrical/mechanical roles.

· SKILLS:

o Comprehensive understanding of electrical theory for power and controls.

o In-depth knowledge of crane and hoist mechanical systems.

o Familiarity with basic structural elements.

o Awareness of OSHA/ANSI standards is mandatory.

o Flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

o Commitment to maintaining a professional, safe, productive, and compliant work environment.

· ABILITIES: A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet driving criteria. Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed and be available for on-call duties as required.
