Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, access control systems, and overhead cranes.
  • Conduct both reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance for facilities, such as filters, pits, and septic systems.
  • Oversee and execute all preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment.
  • Communicate repair statuses to management effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Inspect premises, grounds, and equipment for potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with HSE to ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and NEC standards.
  • Perform tasks at elevated heights when required.
  • Operate a forklift as necessary.
  • Provide on-call services as needed.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Advanced skills in one or more of the following areas: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Access Control Systems (10+ years preferred).
  • Ability to articulate maintenance requirements and anticipate future needs.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet using ladders.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and operate a company vehicle safely.
  • Basic computer proficiency with moderate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
