Job Summary

The Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that drive business results and support the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of human resources professionals to provide support and guidance to employees
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related matters, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement and retention metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business strategies that support the company's mission and values
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources strategies that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, senior leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way
