Job Summary

As a Supervisor, Environmental Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality, and service is maintained in our facilities. You will provide direct leadership and guidance to staff, assign personnel to established work areas or project duties, and work closely with other departments to coordinate projects and room moves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate project work to ensure proper frequencies are maintained
  • Ensure staff receive proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education
  • Monitor daily equipment use, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Perform Quality Assurance Inspections as assigned
  • Assist with The Joint Commission (TJC) compliance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to use computer and prefer supervisory experience
  • Attend all monthly departmental meetings or review meeting minutes
  • Annually attend Infection Control and Safety In-services as specified in personnel policy
