About the Role

Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Associate to support our growing fleet operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of our vehicles, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Fleet Team with vehicle operational readiness, including short-notice requests and local fleet management.
  • Track and report on fleet vehicle inventory, including inspections and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for aftermarket equipment, maintenance, and body work appointments.
  • Manage local fleet vendor relationships and facilitate inventory management and supply facilitation.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests, including resolving issues and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
  • Valid State Driver's license
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
Working Conditions

This role requires some after-hours or weekend work, as well as working outside in varying conditions. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with a hybrid 4 days on-site/1 day remote arrangement.
