Job Summary:

The Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Campus Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who reside in our state-supported living centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor homes and grounds, addressing unusual occurrences and emergencies promptly.
  • Document and report findings, including incidents and concerns.
  • Serve as the contact person for abuse/neglect allegations and critical incidents.
  • Initiate Preliminary Unusual Incident Reports and conduct investigations.
  • Collaborate with administrative/supervisory staff to coordinate and monitor service delivery.
  • Work under limited supervision, using initiative and independent judgment.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ICF/IID standards and facility Operating Procedures Manual (OPM).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with colleagues.
  • Physical ability to perform direct contact duties and complete regular rounds.
