Customer Experience Representative

At MetroPlus Health, we are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences to our members. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for supporting MetroPlus Health members and other key stakeholders across the customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of the NYSOH processes and the ability to quickly resolve member issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to MetroPlus Health members through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Recertify and renew membership for members, ensuring timely and accurate completion of applications.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve member dissatisfaction and complaints.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the member experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis and make recommendations for member retention techniques.
- Provide regular reports and data to support organizational improvement efforts.
- Associates degree and 3-5 years of experience in direct consumer contact, including customer engagement, customer services, sales, and community engagement.
- High school degree and 5-8 years of experience in direct consumer contact, including customer engagement, customer services, sales, and community engagement.
- Managed Care experience preferred.
- CAC Certification required within the first month of employment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
