Job Description

Aura Frames is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused German Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a German Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers via email, phone, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar support environment.
  • Bilingual (German/English) to support customers in both markets.
  • Experience with customer service software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc).
  • High levels of empathy and a keen communicator.
  • Technical mindset and an eye for detail, able to support iOS / Android phones and apps.
