**Customer Care Manager Role**

At FINN, we're revolutionizing mobility with all-inclusive, monthly car-subscriptions that offset CO2 emissions. As a Customer Care Manager, you'll lead our Customer Care Specialists in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process customer inquiries, actively listening and supporting customers throughout their subscription periods.
  • Manage a team and optimize workstreams to provide best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Disseminate insights cross-functionally, identifying trends in customer issues and communicating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration (a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer care/service.
  • Track record of successfully managing a team and providing best-in-class customer care experiences.
  • Previous experience in consumer-focused tech or e-commerce startups preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and curious about existing processes.
  • Interest in mobility and shaping the future of mobility with us.
