Job Title: Pet Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pet Care Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with veterinary team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary medical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinary team members, and other hospital staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
