The perfect candidate will possess in-depth plant knowledge, experience working autonomously and collaboratively, and exceptional customer service abilities. This role necessitates adherence to management directives and client-focused initiatives.
We are looking to fill both full-time and part-time roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold live plant presentations in large retail garden centers.
- Educate and assist fellow team members with various responsibilities.
- Provide customer assistance as necessary.
- Be flexible to work at different locations as needed.
- Work collaboratively with store personnel.
Essential Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with smartphones.
