We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing patient referrals, verifying eligibility and benefits, and entering data into our internal database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient referrals, demographics, and required clinical information
  • Contact patients to educate them on the Managed Long Term Care Program
  • Verify eligibility and benefits of all Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Managed Care Insurances
  • Enter data into our internal database with accurate and timely reimbursement
  • Daily data entry of documents and maintenance of patient clinical information
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Experience with Health Insurance preferred
  • Prior customer service/heavy phone experience
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and software navigation
