Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Legrand NA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our agents, distributors, and customers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents, distributors, and customers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the lighting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
