This role is for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who will be instrumental in enhancing one or more product lines.
The selected candidate will be tasked with developing production operation time standards, monitoring cost and schedule performance at the component level, establishing efficiency metrics, conducting capacity and manpower evaluations, performing trend analysis, justifying capital equipment investments, designing production layouts, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
Collaboration with the Product Manager, Product Lead, and various Program Support Teams will be essential to refine and enhance production processes in a radio frequency and microelectronics setting.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Production/Industrial Engineering principles.
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with factory process simulation modeling, capacity assessments, and factory layout design. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Experience with SAP ERP systems.
Proficiency in simulation modeling, particularly with Simio.
Experience in manufacturing layout development/design, especially using AutoCAD.
Understanding of Capacity Planning, Man-loading/Balancing, and Line Flow Estimation.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Strong communication skills are essential.
