Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronics packaging solutions for microwave components and sub-systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic assemblies.
  • Develop and maintain tooling and fixture designs to support manufacturing processes.
  • Document test equipment and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest materials and processes used in electronics manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Pro Engineer CREO and experience with 3D modeling.
  • Strong understanding of electronics packaging design principles and manufacturing processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Windchill and other product lifecycle management tools.
