We're seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Our Core Solutions branches offer a wide range of construction equipment rentals, including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
  • Building relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our existing customer base
  • Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention
  • Quickly responding to inbound leads and requests, and being familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare
