Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Accordance Search Group. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan, resulting in the achievement of assigned sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives
* Conduct clinical in-service training programs with customers
* Educate healthcare providers on the proper use of products
* Work with hospital decision makers to ensure approved usage of products
* Manage inventory and sample control processes
* Stay current with company communications through technology
Requirements:
* 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience
* Experience with medical device sales is strongly preferred
* Demonstrated track record of sales performance
* Clear understanding of med tech sales processes, territory management, and customer relationship management
