Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Management Leader to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Manager On Duty, you will be responsible for leading the resolution of complex enterprise-impacting incidents, MICs, and MIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership in key ITIL areas, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Event Management.
  • Incident Resolution: Work independently to lead resolution activities for complex enterprise-impacting incidents, MICs, and MIs, engaging IT resources throughout the organization.
  • Prioritization and Assignment: Prioritize incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business, and assign priority to major incidents as per specified guidelines.
  • Technical Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • ServiceNow Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and IT Service Management principles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
