Your Role:
The ideal Licensed Optical Sales Associate will be dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers and patients. You will collaborate closely with the Optical Sales Manager to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction
  • Drive sales while managing expenses effectively
  • Meet personal and store performance objectives
  • Implement operational and procedural best practices
  • Engage with customers to meet their eyewear needs

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:

  • A valid optician license as mandated by state regulations
  • Experience in retail or optical settings is advantageous
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to connect with customers and address their needs
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in using POS and computer systems
  • A knack for problem-solving and adaptability to feedback
  • Dependability and punctuality in attendance
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to handle the physical demands of the role and multitask in a fast-paced environment
